Light and agile, the EVO 125 FACTORY is perfect for young competitive riders. The benchmark bike in its class, the engine delivers enough performance to overcome any obstacle safely while still being fun and easy to handle.
Powered by a lightened 124.8cc Two-Stroke Engine, and a 6-speed manual transmission. A magnesium crankcase, titanium headers, and reduced alternating masses make the bike more manageable with weight reductions of over 1.35kg compared to the EVO models.
Trimmed clutch discs have been specifically created to maximise the clutch precision and controllability in every possible situation. The changes assist in making extreme, repetitive actions easier to manage, even at high RPM.
38mm Gold Front Forks and an Evo rear shock comes complete with all the adjustments a rider needs to tailor the bike and identify the ideal setup but, with the latest evolutionary step implemented, the bike is significantly improved in terms of its progressiveness, responsiveness and damping.
The Gold colour is a result of a TIN treatment, allowing for smoother sliding of the fork. Continuous refinement of the settings ensures a suspension package that is top of the rage for the trial bike sector.
A 185mm Galfer Racing disc with a 4 piston caliper make up the front brake setup, while a Galfer Racing 160mm disc and 2 piston caliper keeps the rear under control. The Galfer Racing discs offer maximum braking power at an extremely light weight. The lower unsprung mass maximises the bike’s rideability.
This new electronic device holds an exclusive European patent awarded to Betamotor (EP3064405B1), and provides an anti-theft function, as well as protecting the bike and its rider. The electronic key is a two-part component: one part remains fastened to the bike’s handlebars, while the other is magnetic (worn by the rider with a cord around their wrist), activating a mechanism in the event they are disconnected.
The new electronic key also incorporates an anti-theft function, preventing the bike from being started when disconnected, thanks to coding which uniquely links the bike to the key, protecting against theft of the vehicle when it is left unattended.
Aside from the crankcase and exhaust changes, the Evo Factory makes a statement with black anodised engine oil plugs, blue anodised steering yokes from billet aluminium, black anodised chain adjusters, handlebar end plugs, and footpegs, red silicone radiator hoses, blue anodised Morad wheels, iconic Beta red and blue colour scheme, and Michelin X-light tyres.
